Here was once a field represents the first multimedia installation in the form of a collaboration between HORA (Ioana Mincu and Mara Verhoogt) and Marco Verhoogt in the vitrine of the Suprainfinit Gallery. In the early 2000s, the Ilfov County started to become one of the most dynamic areas in terms of real estate expansion, with the development of commercial, recreational, and residential centers, especially in the areas near Bucharest, such as Otopeni, Pipera, or Chitila. The installation "Here was once a field" explores the impact that the expansion and transformations in the northern periphery of Bucharest have had on the dogs in the area.
